Air Fryer Broccoli
Ingredients
1 head of broccoli (or pre-cut, pre-washed pieces)
3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
Cut up broccoli into bite-sized pieces (can make a bit larger since they will cook down). Add broccoli to a gallon-sized freezer bag, add all spices except olive oil. Seal the bag and shake until spices evenly coat all pieces. Add oil and repeat.
Set the temperature to 390°F (200°C) and preheat. When ready, transfer the broccoli to the basket and cook for 7 to 9 minutes (add more time if you have a lot of broccoli). Stir the broccoli halfway through.
Pro tip: If you’d like the broccoli softer and more steamed rather than crispy, add 1 tablespoon of water to the bottom of the air fryer basket before cooking.
