Young Potatoes
Air Fryer potatoes
Ingredients
- 1lb small / young potatoes
- 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- Wash potatoes thoroughly but leave the skin on.
- Add potatoes to a gallon-sized freezer bag, add all spices except olive oil.
- Seal the bag and shake until spices evenly coat all pieces.
- Add oil and repeat.
- Set the temperature to 400F and preheat.
- When ready, transfer the potatoes to the basket and cook for 15-20 minutes (add more time if you have a lot of potatoes).
- Stir the potatoes halfway through.
