Young Potatoes

Air Fryer potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1lb small / young potatoes
  • 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Wash potatoes thoroughly but leave the skin on.
  • Add potatoes to a gallon-sized freezer bag, add all spices except olive oil.
  • Seal the bag and shake until spices evenly coat all pieces.
  • Add oil and repeat.
  • Set the temperature to 400F and preheat.
  • When ready, transfer the potatoes to the basket and cook for 15-20 minutes (add more time if you have a lot of potatoes).
  • Stir the potatoes halfway through.
