Rice Brownie Recipe
Baker’s Unsweetened Baking Chocolate Squares Brownies
Ingredients
- 4 squares Baker’s Unsweetened Baking Chocolate
- 3/4 cup butter (1 1/2 sticks) - try with less to make it less oily
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup chopped pecans (optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F.
Microwave chocolate and butter until butter is melted. Stir in the chocolate (mesh in) until it has completely melted.
Stir in sugar. Mix. Stir in eggs and vanilla. Mix well. Add flour and pecans. Stir until well blended.
Spread into greased 13x9in baking pan (other sizes ok as well)
Bake at 350F for 25-35 mins or until done. Do not overbake (use toothpick to measure).
