Veggie and Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 banana

  • 1 cup frozen or fresh fruit and green veggies such as spinach / kale (Costco Ogranic super smoothie blend works well!)

  • 1/2 cup Stony Fields Vanilla yogurt (or plain yogurt with vanilla added - note, whole milk yogurt is pretty rich and can cause tummy troubles)

  • 1/2 cup milk

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • Pinch of ground cinnamon

Instructions

Blend all ingredients in a blender and enjoy!
