Baked Salmon
Ingredients
- 2 lb Salmon
- 1/2 lemon
- fresh dill or dill weed
- salt
- olive oil
- butter
Instructions
- Descale salmon and cut into slices that will fit into a glass baking pan.
- Pour 1 tbsp olive oil on the bottom of the pan, then slice several thin slices of lemon and arrange them in the pan.
- Salt slices of salmon on the bottom side and add some dill.
- Place them in the pan.
- Season with salt and dill on top as well.
- If you have salmon left over, overlay the thinnest part of the previous slice and salt + dill on top.
- Slice several pieces of butter (approx. 1/2 tsp each) and arrange on top of the salmon.
- Cover with foil and bake @ 400 for 25 min.
