Baked Salmon

Ingredients

  • 2 lb Salmon
  • 1/2 lemon
  • fresh dill or dill weed
  • salt
  • olive oil
  • butter

Instructions

  • Descale salmon and cut into slices that will fit into a glass baking pan.
  • Pour 1 tbsp olive oil on the bottom of the pan, then slice several thin slices of lemon and arrange them in the pan.
  • Salt slices of salmon on the bottom side and add some dill.
  • Place them in the pan.
  • Season with salt and dill on top as well.
  • If you have salmon left over, overlay the thinnest part of the previous slice and salt + dill on top.
  • Slice several pieces of butter (approx. 1/2 tsp each) and arrange on top of the salmon.
  • Cover with foil and bake @ 400 for 25 min.
