Broccoli Casserole
Ingredients
- 2x 10oz. pkg chopped broccoli (or in steamer bags)
- 1 sm. can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2c milk
- 1/2c mayo
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2 tbsp minced onion
- 2c sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1c cracker crumbs (can be saltines or any other plain kind)
Instructions
- Cook broccoli 3 mins and drain. Place in well-buttered casserole. Mix other ingredients and pour over broccoli.
- Sprinkle cracker crumbs over top and pour melted butter over.
- Cover and bake for 40-60min at 350F.
