Chicken Cutlets

Ingredients

  • 1lb chicken breasts
  • 2 eggs
  • flour
  • oil

Instructions

  • Cut chicken breasts into cutlets. Cover with plastic bag or wrap and tenderize with a meat tenderizer.

  • Mix 2 eggs in a bowl with a fork, add salt to taste. Add flour to a plate (for dipping). Dip cutlets into egg then into flour.

  • Place on a hot skillet and cover (important). Fry on each side for 3 mins (no more).
