Fried Veggie Medley

Ingredients

  • 1 Bag of frozen veggies (variety - we like some with beans in them)
  • 1 bag of cauliflower + broccoli mixture
  • 1c cooked rice
  • 1/2 medium onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 squash / zuccini
  • 2 Ttbs butter
  • 1-2 Tbs soy sauce
  • 1-2 Tbs teriyaki sauce
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  • In a deep pan, fry the onion and carrot with butter until half-done.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients and spices but hold the rice.
  • Cook on low-med flame until finished and add rice at the end to mix it all together.
  • Add more spices if desired.
