Fried Veggie Medley
Ingredients
- 1 Bag of frozen veggies (variety - we like some with beans in them)
- 1 bag of cauliflower + broccoli mixture
- 1c cooked rice
- 1/2 medium onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 carrot
- 1 squash / zuccini
- 2 Ttbs butter
- 1-2 Tbs soy sauce
- 1-2 Tbs teriyaki sauce
- salt to taste
Instructions
- In a deep pan, fry the onion and carrot with butter until half-done.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and spices but hold the rice.
- Cook on low-med flame until finished and add rice at the end to mix it all together.
- Add more spices if desired.
