Honey Garlic Chicken Thighs
Ingredients
- 8 skinless chicken thighs
- 3/4 cup low sodium soy sauce (see notes for alternatives)
- 3/4 cup no salt ketchup
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- salt and fresh ground pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Lay chicken thighs into the bottom of a slow cooker.
- Whisk soy sauce, ketchup, honey, garlic, and basil together in a bowl, pour over the chicken.
- Cook on Low for 6 hours.
