Honey Garlic Chicken Thighs

Ingredients

  • 8 skinless chicken thighs
  • 3/4 cup low sodium soy sauce (see notes for alternatives)
  • 3/4 cup no salt ketchup
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • salt and fresh ground pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Lay chicken thighs into the bottom of a slow cooker.
  • Whisk soy sauce, ketchup, honey, garlic, and basil together in a bowl, pour over the chicken.
  • Cook on Low for 6 hours.
