Katie’s Baked Salmon

Ingredients

  • 1lb salmon
  • olive oil
  • hoisen sauce
  • fish sauce
  • sesame oil
  • sesame seeds

Instructions

  • Line a baking dish with parchment or foil for easy clean up.
  • Lightly spray or grease bottom with olive oil.
  • Lay the salmon skin side down.
  • Lightly coat the top with hoisen sauce.
  • Splash with fish sauce (optional but I think this adds depth/richness) and do a light drizzle of sesame oil.
  • Sprinkle with sesame seeds (white or black) and bake at 350 for about twenty minutes until cooked through.
