Katies Salmon Recipe
Katie’s Baked Salmon
Ingredients
- 1lb salmon
- olive oil
- hoisen sauce
- fish sauce
- sesame oil
- sesame seeds
Instructions
- Line a baking dish with parchment or foil for easy clean up.
- Lightly spray or grease bottom with olive oil.
- Lay the salmon skin side down.
- Lightly coat the top with hoisen sauce.
- Splash with fish sauce (optional but I think this adds depth/richness) and do a light drizzle of sesame oil.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds (white or black) and bake at 350 for about twenty minutes until cooked through.
