Ground Turkey Patties

Ingredients

  • 2x1.25lb ground turkey (1/2 dark meat, 1/2 light)
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 1/2 cup Italian style bread crumbs
  • 1/2 medium size onion
  • corn oil
  • salt
  • black ground pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Finely chop onion

  • Mince garlic

  • In a bowl, mix ground turkey with eggs, onion, garlic and pepper (typically using your hand)

  • Add water, salt (for each layer as thick as two fingers add salt to be able to cover the entire surface in the bowl lightly) and bread crumbs, mix well again

  • Make medium-sized patties from the mix

  • Pour corn oil onto the pan

  • Place patties on the pan and fry until done flipping every 3-5 mins (pay attention so they do not burn)
