Lemony Chicken Thighs

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil
  • Juice of 2 Lemons
  • 1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 30 grinds Lemon Pepper Seasoning
  • 1 package All Natural Bone-In Skin-On Chicken Thighs

Instructions

  • In a large non-reactive baking dish, whisk olive oil, lemon juice, vinegar, oregano, salt and lemon pepper seasoning. Add chicken pieces and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.
  • Preheat one side of the grill to high. Place chicken on cool side of the grill and cook for 5 minutes. Turn chicken over and cook another 20 minutes.
  • Move chicken to the hot side of the grill, skin side-down, and cook until skin is crisp and chicken is cooked to 165F. Remove from heat and serve.
