Fried Potatoes
Ingredients
5-6 medium potatoes. Red or russet potatoes are best.
5-6 garlic cloves (mashed)
4-5 Tbsp. corn oil
salt to taste
Instructions
Peel potatoes and cut into very thin long slices. No thicker than 1/4in.
Pour oil into a large pan and let it heat.
Add potatoes and fry 5-10 mins on medium heat until potatoes are crispy and done.
About 1-2 mins before the potatoes are done, mash cloves into the pan.
After turning off the heat, cover for several minutes before eating.
