Shrimp and Seafood Chunks (Rotisserie)
Ingredients
2 bags of raw shrimp (wild-caught)
1 bag of walleye fillets or other tasty fish (halibut, Whiting etc)
2 tsp lemon juice
5 cloves garlic (do not use powder)
2tsp dill weed
4 Tbsp olive oil
Instructions
In a gallon ziplock bag combine peeled shrimp (whole), cut up chunks of fish fillet, lemon juice, dill weed and pressed garlic. Leave to marinate for 1h.
After marinating, add olive oil and toss to coat the contents. Dump contents into a rotisserie basket and cook in a rotisserie for 20 mins.
