Shrimp and Seafood Chunks (Rotisserie)

Ingredients

  • 2 bags of raw shrimp (wild-caught)

  • 1 bag of walleye fillets or other tasty fish (halibut, Whiting etc)

  • 2 tsp lemon juice

  • 5 cloves garlic (do not use powder)

  • 2tsp dill weed

  • 4 Tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  • In a gallon ziplock bag combine peeled shrimp (whole), cut up chunks of fish fillet, lemon juice, dill weed and pressed garlic. Leave to marinate for 1h.

  • After marinating, add olive oil and toss to coat the contents. Dump contents into a rotisserie basket and cook in a rotisserie for 20 mins.
