Zinas Mushroom Cake

Ingredients

• 15 blini
• 1 Tbsp butter
• 11oz mushrooms
• 4-5 onions
• 2 Tbsp mayonaise
• 3-4 Tbsp shredded cheese (for topping)
• salt to taste

Instructions

Make 15 blini.

Chop onions and fry up with butter until translucent.

Add mushrooms and salt and continue frying until everything is well cooked.

Grind everything in a blender coarsely.

Make a cake in layers like so:

1. blin (on the bottom)
2. mushroom + onion mixture
3. thinly cover with mayo

Use up all the ingredients before the last blin (so it sits on top).

Cover the top blin with cheese and bake for a min or two in the microwave to melt it.
