Cobb Salad Recipe
Cobb Salad
Ingredients
1 oz. Blue cheese (or other)
1/4 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 Tbsp. water
1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
1 pack turkey bacon
4-8 cups of spinach (or romaine lettuce)
1 lb. poached or grilled chicken breast (optional)
2 cups cherry tomatoes (halved)
3 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and quartered
1 firm, ripe avocado, thinly sliced
Instructions
Cook the turkey bacon.
In the meantime mix cheese, yogurt, vinegar, water and pepper together.
Mix all ingredients together and drizzle with dressing.
Enjoy.
