Samoylovs Olivye Recipe
Olivye (salad)
Ingredients
- 1/2 jar (8 spears) Klaussen Pickles – the kind that needs to be refrigerated
- 3-4 medium to large potatoes
- 3/4 of 15 oz. can of sweet peas – we get the mixed sizes can
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 large onion (or one small)
- 1/2 pack of plain Oscar Mayer’s Bologna
- Hellman’s Real Mayo (reduced fat doesn’t work as well)
Instructions
- Hard-boil the eggs (10 mins) and boil the potatoes with skin on until they are done (30-40 mins).
- Chop everything up into small pieces and mix together with mayo (not too much).
