Samoylovs Olivye Recipe

Olivye (salad)

Ingredients

  • 1/2 jar (8 spears) Klaussen Pickles – the kind that needs to be refrigerated
  • 3-4 medium to large potatoes
  • 3/4 of 15 oz. can of sweet peas – we get the mixed sizes can
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/2 large onion (or one small)
  • 1/2 pack of plain Oscar Mayer’s Bologna
  • Hellman’s Real Mayo (reduced fat doesn’t work as well)

Instructions

  • Hard-boil the eggs (10 mins) and boil the potatoes with skin on until they are done (30-40 mins).
  • Chop everything up into small pieces and mix together with mayo (not too much).
