Creamy Spinach Dip

Ingredients

  • 8 oz sour cream (light)

  • 1 c. mayo (light)

  • 1/2 tsp celery salt

  • 1/2 tsp dill weed

  • 1/2 tsp onion salt

  • 2 boxes frozen spinach, thawed & well drained (I squeeze it hard with my fingers)

  • 1 can water chestnuts, drained & chopped

  • Red, yellow or orange bell pepper, chopped (opt)

Instructions

Serve with bread cubes, crackers, or fresh veggies (ie, cucumber slices, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, celery)
