Creamy Spinach Dip
Ingredients
8 oz sour cream (light)
1 c. mayo (light)
1/2 tsp celery salt
1/2 tsp dill weed
1/2 tsp onion salt
2 boxes frozen spinach, thawed & well drained (I squeeze it hard with my fingers)
1 can water chestnuts, drained & chopped
Red, yellow or orange bell pepper, chopped (opt)
Instructions
Serve with bread cubes, crackers, or fresh veggies (ie, cucumber slices, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, celery)
