Deviled Eggs W Salmon Recipe
Smoked Salmon Deviled Eggs
Ingredients
- 8 eggs
- A bit of mayo
- A bit of yellow mustard with dill
- Smoked salmon
Instructions
Hardboil the eggs (boil approx. 10 mins.), peel and cut in half.
Extract yolks into a container.
Use a hand blender to chop smoked salmon into small pieces.
Mix the salmon in with egg yolks, mustard and mayo and stir well.
Stuff the egg-white halves with yolk mixture and cover with a thin layer of mayo.
Dust with a little bit of paprika.
