Smoked Salmon Deviled Eggs

Ingredients

  • 8 eggs
  • A bit of mayo
  • A bit of yellow mustard with dill
  • Smoked salmon

Instructions

  • Hardboil the eggs (boil approx. 10 mins.), peel and cut in half.

  • Extract yolks into a container.

  • Use a hand blender to chop smoked salmon into small pieces.

  • Mix the salmon in with egg yolks, mustard and mayo and stir well.

  • Stuff the egg-white halves with yolk mixture and cover with a thin layer of mayo.

  • Dust with a little bit of paprika.
