Norwegian Sour Cream Pancakes
Ingredients
3/4 cup flour
2 Tablespoons sugar
1/2 pint sour cream (about a single serve yogurt cup size)
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
Milk to thin batter if necessary
Instructions
Beat all the above until smooth. Cook on lightly greased (butter or margarine) griddle at medium to medium-high temp. Turn over when first bubbles have popped on top.
