Tomato, Feta, and Fresh Dill Frittata

Ingredients

  • 8 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp non fat milk
  • Fresh dill, chopped
  • 1/4 cup of feta cheese
  • Handful of small cherry tomatoes
  • Dash of garlic powder
  • Sea Salt and freshly cracked pepper, to taste

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Coat the baking dish with cooking spray.

Mix the eggs with the milk and fresh dill until well combined then season with a dash of garlic powder, sea salt and freshly cracked pepper, to taste.

Pour the egg mixture into the baking dish then place the tomatoes and feta cheese evenly in the egg mixture.

Place into the oven and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes, or until a tester inserted in the center comes out clean.

Remove from the oven and cool for 5 minutes before cutting.
