Ingredients
burger patties
optional seasoning
sliced cheese
tomatoes
lettuce
burger guns
other toppings
Instructions
Rub burgers with seasoning if desired.
Preheat the smoker to 225F. Place on the rack and make sure to cook only to 135F internally (use a probe!). This should take about 1hr.
Then crank up the heat to “HI” and grill until 163F. Let rest for 5-10min before serving.
Optionally toast burger buns on high heat.
