Smoked Burgers

Ingredients

  • burger patties

  • optional seasoning

  • sliced cheese

  • tomatoes

  • lettuce

  • burger guns

  • other toppings

Instructions

  • Rub burgers with seasoning if desired.

  • Preheat the smoker to 225F. Place on the rack and make sure to cook only to 135F internally (use a probe!). This should take about 1hr.

  • Then crank up the heat to “HI” and grill until 163F. Let rest for 5-10min before serving.

  • Optionally toast burger buns on high heat.
