Sous Vide Perfect Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients

  • 1lb tenderloin

  • rosemary or thyme

  • 2 garlic cloves

  • 2 small diced shallots

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tbsp butter

  • black pepper

  • salt

Instructions

  • Add pork to sous vide bag with spices to your liking (you can use a rub if desired).

  • Cook at 146F for 2h.

  • When sous vide is done, pull out the pork and dry out.

  • Preheat a skillet to high heat and melt the butter + olive oil.

  • Add the shallots, garlic and pork.

  • Sear the tenderloin on all sides on high heat.

  • Server immediately.
