Sous Vide Perfect Pork Tenderloin
Ingredients
1lb tenderloin
rosemary or thyme
2 garlic cloves
2 small diced shallots
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp butter
black pepper
salt
Instructions
Add pork to sous vide bag with spices to your liking (you can use a rub if desired).
Cook at 146F for 2h.
When sous vide is done, pull out the pork and dry out.
Preheat a skillet to high heat and melt the butter + olive oil.
Add the shallots, garlic and pork.
Sear the tenderloin on all sides on high heat.
Server immediately.
