Sous Vide Perfect Steak
Ingredients
- 1" Steak
- 2tbsp Olive oil
- 1tbsp butter
- black pepper
- salt
- Steak rub
Instructions
Rub steak with the rub and combine in a sous vide bag with olive oil. Cook a 144F for 2h.
When sous vide is done, pull out the steak, dry out and add salt and pepper on both sides. Preheat a skillet to high heat and melt the butter. Add the steak and sear both sides, about 1-2min each.
Server immediately.
